What Can I Do Or Say?

The last three times I was in this court, I got the feeling that there were two very important factors missing from the proceedings; concern for Stephin and justice.

 

What can I do or say to help this court to see the truth, to believe it, and to judge in an honorable manner that would be in the best interest of the child, and that does not allow the state and the woman to exploit and abuse this court, as they have already misused and abused the rights, privileges, and authority granted to them by the people and motherhood?

 

What can I do or say to counter the stacks of documentation, testimony, and evidence presented by the state-sponsored, professional documenter, Rae Weir, and her supporting force of civil servants, including the police?

 

This professional documenter went to Tutor Time Child Care Center to investigate a charge of inappropriate sexual conduct by some of the 3 and 4 year olds. My understanding is that a Father alleged that his daughter had her vagina licked by some children on the playground. So the professional documenter and the police took Stephin into a closed-door interrogation. She concluded from her investigation that there was sexual conduct by the children and that Stephin was the primary cause of all of the kids partaking in various sexual behaviors, including “put your hand up the butt parties” in the boys’ bathroom that included boys and girls.

If Stephin had anything to do with licking a child’s vagina, it was not because he had been or was at risk of being verbally, physically, or sexually abused by his father, but because he was still showering with his mother at 4 and a half years of age, and probably licking her vagina, because his father would not. The professional documenter told us to bring Stephin to her at the Children’s Advocacy Center. She had a medical person from the hospital and said that they were going to put Stephin in the monkey room where they would study him in a closed-door environment where his parents would not be able to watch or monitor, and that they would videotape the study, but the parents would not even be allowed to view the video. I told them that there was no way I was going to let them use my son as a monkey, and I took the child away. Apparently, Rae Weir and Fannie Cooks conspired to put Stephin in the monkey room and dope him up with mind altering drugs anyway, because they did not have him for even a week after this court stripped his Father (the only true protection that he has ever had) away from him, before they had him on mind-altering drugs, so that when I went by to pick up my stuff, as ordered by this court, the child was just this side of being a zombie. Where were his state protection and due process under the law?

 

What can I do or say to counter the lies, conspiracies, and cover-ups perpetrated by Fanny Cooks, who on a regular basis, pops Stephin and Camillia on the head. I even had to call the Palm Bay Police on her for hitting Stephin on the head less than 2 weeks before these proceedings began. Stephin told them that Fannie hit him on the head, so I had to talk them out of arresting her for child abuse.

 

The lies and allegations of Stephin’s abusive stepsisters, Jennette and Camillia, are part of the cover-up of their abuses, both physical and sexual, of Stephin. They taught him how to french kiss before he was two. And I was still trying to get Fannie to stop romantically kissing him at 4. The girls have been raising themselves every since I have known Fannie. Yes, they have had help from Fannie’s sister, brothers, and parents, but Fannie had not been raising them until I tried to bring them together as a family. They all have hit Stephin on many occasions, and one time Camillia punched the child so hard in the back, that when the security guard at BCC, Big John, heard about what Stephin’s back looked like and how he acted the night before, the guard said that Camillia had almost killed Stephin. Fannie tried to cover-up the incident, but when she was presented with undeniable evidence, she said that Stephin got hurt when Camillia was holding him down as Fannie told her to, because Stephin would not listen to her or Camillia. Jennette was arrested for hitting her live-in boyfriend, her baby’s Father, with a pipe wrench, and she has a long history of putting knives to boy’s necks and other violent behavior including literately dragging a girl down the street by the hair.

 

Stephin has marks of old bruises on various parts of his body. Not one of them was cause by me or happened when the boy was in my care, but they all happened when I was not around. Some, by Fannie’s family members when she would visit them here in Central Brevard, and some from when Fannie took him to Tallahassee and left him with her niece to watch horror movies while Fannie and her sister went to the Comic Club. When she called me from Tallahassee the day that they were coming home, she told me that he got these huge cuts on his leg and head by running through the kitchen and falling.  We will never know what atrocities actually happened to him.

 

 It seemed that every time she took Stephin somewhere, he came back cut and/or bruised.  So, for his safety, I decided that she would not take the boy anywhere unless I accompanied him. On her last trip to Tallahassee, when I was working part time, trying to convert my job into a fulltime position, Fannie decided to stay longer than planned and caused me to have to take a day off from work with little food or money to take care of the boy. Even though she left little for us, she did leave a $400 check for me to receive some fundraiser material for Camillia. They did not work the fundraiser and this $400 turned out to be money thrown away. So Stephin and I were to go hungry for a week while she, Jennette, and Camillia were partying in Tallahassee and $400 were thrown away.

 

Your Honor, I have never abused my child, Fannie’s daughters, or any other member of her family, but she, her daughters, and various members of her family have abused Stephin and me.

 

Why should the boy loose his father because his mother is tired of being with the father and wants to end the relationship, the union, the family, or because the state needs to hold someone accountable for the inappropriate behavior of 3 and 4 year old children at day care; behavior that they believe was caused by Stephin, because he was sexually abused earlier in his life; sexually abused in a manner that could not have be done by a male?

 

Fannie is not orchestrating these proceedings to protect Stephin, but to protect her daughters, and maybe other members of her family from being held accountable for physically and sexually abusing Stephin. What can I do or say to help this court to see the truth, and not allow the professional documenter and the protective mother (of the daughters; not the son) to manipulate and abuse this house of justice?

 

I don’t know if there is anything that I can do or say. But I ask this court to judge in a manner so that there is justice in America, and not “just us down at the jailhouse.”[1]

 

And, I ask you, Your Honor, to see pass the conspiracies, the cover-ups, and the lies, and to give the boy, Stephin Marcel Danago back his Dad. And to give me, Stephen Lloyd Danago, back my son.
