Today, Wednesday, I called Ms. Banks to get a status report, because I am scheduled to go to trial Monday. I was told that Ms. Banks has left the county, and that Mr. Jack Gilmore has been assigned to my case.

Mr. Gilmore told me that he may have to request a postponement, because he got assigned Monday.

Today I went to my web site (this site) and checked under theClerk of Court link and discovered that on Tuesday they changed my trial date to Tuesday of next week. Can somebody please tell me what the hell is going on?

And, why does the record show that the trail type is Child Abuse, when I am being trialed for 2 counts of battery and 1 count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor?
